    Online applications form

Sometimes we need to exchange contact details between the members of the public and a carer in order to deliver care to wildlife in need.

How would you like to help?

This generally applies to rescues co-ordinated via the Hotline, you can do as much or as little as your schedule allows.

If you would like to become an active member caring for wildlife:

Note: Specialised species such as koalas, echidnas, gliders and raptures require specialised equipment and highly trained, committed carers. If you are interested in caring for these species, please chat to us further.
As an organization, we are accountable to different levels of government, and these records are vital for securing grants. Additionally, they enable us to monitor and address wildlife-related issues effectively. Our online record-keeping system, "Wildman," will be utilized for this purpose, and our volunteers receive training on its use.

There are many important roles other than actively caring for wildlife:

As detailed above, there are various ways to get involved, such as
    – Participating in community events like sausage sizzles and info days,
    – Coordinating rescues on the Hotline,
    – Actively engaging in animal rescue efforts,
    – Contributing to grant writing,
    – Assisting with construction projects,
    – Showcasing your sewing skills,
    – Engaging in public speaking, or
    – Participating in fundraising activities.
